PowerSchool student/parent access has been suspended for past due accounts. If you have overlooked your payment, please use this link to log into your FACTS account to prompt payment. If you're up-to-date on payment and still have a problem logging into your account, please try the following steps before submitting a helpdesk request:
IMPORTANT: PowerSchool Access Account passwords must be 5 digits. If your password is only 4 digits, add a "0" at the beginning.
- Update the PowerSchool app on your phone.
- Try a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome, and consider clearing your browsing data. Using a computer is highly recommended.
